On 11th-15th, September 2018. Our Company Take Part in the Automechanik Frankfurt 2018 Exhibition. There We Meet Customers from All Over the Wold and Many Customers Show Interestes in our Auto Cleaning Microfiber Towels/Cloth Products. Please Check the Following Pictures:

All the Products Being Loading into the Container for Shipping; Usually, We Load the Container Both 20 Feet and 40 Feet in Length, If Necessary or Customers' Require, The Cartons Should be Load on Pallet; For Bulck Package With Yellow Cartons, We Often Put the Goods Directly into the Container; For Small Orders, We Often Shipping with Goods with Mixedmixed Stuffing!

The Storage for Finished Cartons Packed Products Before Shipping Before Each Container Shipping, We Should Check the Stock and Meet the Whole Quantity and the Package as the Requirements; There We Should Keep the Warehouse Dry and Clean, Make Sure Each Shipping Are Good Stored and Well Packed. If a Good Material and Knitting Towels But the Packge are Poor, It Will Much Bad Effect the Impression of the Final Products Buyers; Generally, for Car Cleaning Towels, Bulck Package with Log OEM Produced will Be Ok. Packed with OPP Bags and Then Put Into Yello Cartons Will be Ok; For Supermarket Selling Towels, The Packge are Usually Very Fine with Printed Cards or Waist Belt; After All, We Do Each Packed 100% Demand with Cutomers' Requirements and Make Sure the Buyers Are Satisfied Then!

After the Sewing Process, Every Towel Need to Hot Treat the Sewing Piles.

This is Edge Sewing Process that We Do This Process is Largest Workshop in Factory,The Sewing is Based on Customers' Requirements with Different Silk Material and the Sewing Styles! After Cutting Process, The Following Process is just Edge Sewing. During This Process, It The Cloth Will be a Final Towel Product. For Silk We Use for Edge Sewing, Generally, It is 100% Microfiber Material, wich is same With Towels Cloth. High Elastic Silk or Ordinary Microfiberr Silk Will be Both Ok.

This is the Cloth Cutting Workshop for Microfiber Towels. Before Sewing, We Cut all the Cloth into Different Sizes and Shapes Based on the Towels Requirements Before Finished Edge Sewing! During This Process, We are full Hand Cutting Make Sure they are Fine Parameter with the Final Expect Parameter. For Shape of the Cutted Cloth, it Can Be Squre Shape or Rectangle Shape or Other Shape that Based on Customers' Requirements.

The Cloth Printing and Dying are Very Important Process for Whole Towels Producing. There this is the Corner of Our Factory are Responsbile for Dying Different Colors Based on Customers' Requirements. Generally, We Dye it with International Panton Color Number to Make Sure it is Well Exactly Meet With Customers' Desire! Usually, After Customers Provide a Panton's Color Number, We Will then Do Dye the Cloth Samples for Cusomers' Requirements. After the Customers Confirmation about the Colors Samples, We Will Then Put the Sample Cloth as a Standard for Both Customers and Us. This Way Will Keep the Large Order Towels Products are What Customers' Wanted and Then Guarantee the Quality!

This Workshop is Working with Weft Knitting Machine and Coral Fleece Knitting Machine. There We Produce Mainly Weft Knitting Cloth with Different Style and Coral Fleece Cloth! There are About 30 Set Knitting Machine for Weft Knitting and Coral Fleece Knitting. 24Hours Working Without Stop For the Large Quantity Demand for Producing. For Different Weight and Parameters of the Cloth, It is Ok to Be Produce that Just Adjust the Machine Parameter will be Ok.

There is Our Producing Line of Warp Knitting Machine, In This Workshop We Produce Ordinary Warp Knitting Cloth, High and Short Loops Microfiber Cloth and 100% Polyester Microfiber Cloth Without Dyeing. The Machine here is Working for 24 Hours Per Day with 365 Days Per Year! 3 Suit of Warp Knitting Producing Machine in Workhouse. The Weight and the Piles Height is Adjustable! Based on Requirements. There are Oridnary Warp Knitting Style or High and Short Piles Knitting that in Market that Based on Customers' Requirements.
